At Conway, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you place an order or sign up for our mailing list, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. Payment details are processed securely through Shopify and we never store your card information.

We also collect basic browsing data (like your IP address and device type) automatically through cookies when you visit our site.

How we use it

We use your information to fulfill and ship your orders, send order confirmations and updates, and occasionally send emails about new drops or news from Conway. We will never spam you.

If you subscribe to our mailing list, we may send you emails about new drops, partnerships, and Conway news. You can unsubscribe at any time.

What we don't do

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.

Third parties

We use Shopify to power our store and process payments, and Klaviyo to manage our mailing list. They maintain their own privacy policies and security standards.
