Refund policy
All Conway orders are made to order and final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at conway@madebyconway.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier once an order has been fulfilled.
