Pre-Order Model

Conway operates on a pre-order window basis. Orders placed during an active window are final and will be fulfilled after the window closes. By placing an order you acknowledge and accept this timeline.

Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Conway is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.

Intellectual Property

All Conway designs, branding, graphics, and content are our property. Nothing on this site may be reproduced, copied, or distributed without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Conway is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
